Manimal Williams is revived in the year 2136 and returns to his search for the coveted narcotic Danimals. After discovering that the city has been overtaken by the crime boss Monkeys Rockefeller, Manimal must enlist the help of a team of Manimals and confront his own shortcomings in order to learn what it truly means to be a Loose Cannon Cop.
